ACTIVITIES
- Follow Up and Verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor. - Ensure the storing and confidentiality of the documentation. - Participate to the reception of equipment - Ensures that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection. - Ensures that all activities supervised are performed in respect of Contract, purchase order, change order terms and conditions. - Follow Up and Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures. - Manage construction (all) interfaces with others: contractors, operations etc ... - Provide necessary input and participate in clarifications, negotiations etc ... - Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions. - Make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project. - Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (organisation, procedures …). - Promote the reporting of incidents and anomalies - Assist or issue in due time all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, final report …) - Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility. - Contribute to audits of Contractors or Sub-Contractors in co-operation with the QA/QC department. - Liaise and support Vendor / Contractor representative for site survey and work visits. - Maintain good relationships with Contractors, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the Project.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/ Work experience in pipeline and river crossing: high professional education (technical) with work experience not less than 5 years as pipeline supervisor. - Good technical background should include design and equipment utilization in pipeline facilities. - Competencies: communication, negotiation etc… - Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Russian would be a must, French would be an advantage. - Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.

We work with a reputable KZ-EU joint venture Exploration & Production company based in Western Kazakhstan who is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Project Engineer for their expanding operations.
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be assisting Projects Manager as well as interfacing with other departments on this field modification project.
The Project:
The current project is a Modernisation of an existing oilfield. The modernization will create a field grid consisting of 35Kv, 10Kv and 6Kv distribution levels connected to the 35 Kv national grid. The essential part of the project will be the installation of a new Gas Turbine Power Plant with a 26MW. I will now just detail some more information about the role.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide electrical design expertise to the project team during regulatory design, development of working documentation. • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, start up and operation of new systems • Coordinate approval and implementation processes with company’s internal users and stakeholders. • Provide technical expertise in project planning, review and project reporting. • Provide engineering support for ad-hoc technical studies as requested. • Assist in identifying potential problem areas and develop processes for optimization. • Coordinate technical matters related to procurement, factory testing, transportation
Main prerequisites:

• Обеспечение поддержки и содействия Менеджеру по проектированию.
• Содействие Менеджеру по проектированию по обеспечению того, чтобы подрядчик по разработке ППД и предоставлению услуг по проекту располагал достаточным квалифицированным персоналом для выполнения работы, а работа была организована с четко определенными результатами и сроками согласно общим целям реализации проекта.
• Обеспечение того, чтобы все исследования по ППД надлежащим образом планировались, обеспечивались персоналом и выполнялись согласно графику проекта.
• Содействие Менеджеру по проектированию в обеспечении контроля и управления всей проектной деятельностью подрядчика по разработке ППД и оказанию услуг по проекту, утверждения всей проектной документации, включая пересмотренные основы проектирования.
• Обеспечение того, чтобы проекты соответствовали ТЭОС, Основе проектирования и применимым российским и международным нормам, обеспечение всех необходимых согласований и экспертиз.
КВАЛИФИКАЦИОННЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ • Степень бакалавра или магистра по проектированию. • Не менее 20 лет стажа работы в нефтегазовой отрасли с недавним опытом работы на должности, аналогичной данной, включая контроль за масштабными работами подрядчиков/консультантов. Требуется опыт международной работы. • Не менее чем 5-летний опыт проектной и строительной поддержки эксплуатации объектов. • Самоорганизованность, способность установления делового сотрудничества в многонациональной среде с широкой географией объектов работы. • Хорошие коммуникационные навыки. Activities:
• To act as primary interface between contractor planning responsible and company project team
• Monitoring Contractor schedules
