Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in Moscow, Russia with possible relocation overseas. Planning and Cost Control Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• To act as primary interface between contractor planning responsible and company project team
• Monitoring Contractor schedules
• Organise cost control follow-up to ensure proper interface with Project Controls requirements
• Monitor Contractors and Vendor costs
• Review and digest the scope of work and contractual documents
• Ensure that Company’s reference documents are understood and applied (directives, rules, specifications, guidelines).
• Monitor Engineering and Procurement contractors: Review progress, analyse delays and propose corrective actions to respect targets, control
• Participate actively in change Order and contractual negotiation for man-hours, cost, planning definition
• To review and analyse contractors’ scheduling and planning documents (procedures, reports, etc).
• To monitor the progress of project activities.
• To organise cost report and follow-up tables for engineering, procurement and construction in order to provide relevant information for Project Controls cost control budget updates
• To identify and analyse potential delays and propose corrective actions.
• To verify the critical and sub critical path.
• Call for and participate to any necessary co-ordination meetings required to organise properly cost and planning follow-up inside Package 2 and 3. Participate to internal and external interface meetings.
• Provide to the Package Manager, all relevant information needed for Project reporting, highlight critical problems and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
