We currently have a vacant position of WELDING ENGINEER. In charge of: • Coordinating and controlling the Site welding activities. • Coordinating and controlling the Site non destructive examination (NDE) activities. • Providing discipline support for welding and NDE activities during procurement.
Activities : • Participate, as part of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), in the development of Site quality control system (e.g., plans and procedures). •Participate in review of key reference documentation for construction (e.g. Specifications) to verify compliance with Company Rules, General Specification and Project requirements • Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and Contractor. Perform supervisory functions at the level established for the position. • Develop and implement a detailed Surveillance Program during the execution of Contractor’s welding works to ensure its adherence to reference documentation. • Verify that Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) proposed by Contractor are technically acceptable and cover the complete welding scope for the Project. Review Weld Maps and monitor the qualification program for welding procedures to ensure compliance with Project reference documentation. • Review and monitor the Site qualification program for Welders and Welding Operators. •Ensure that Welders and Welding Operators have valid qualifications for the work they are undertaking and that acceptable quality standards are maintained during welding operations. • Review critical control documentation produced by Contractor and advise on "fitness for purpose". • Monitor trends for repair rates and ensure these are maintained within acceptable levels. • Participate in the qualification of NDE Contractors and respective procedures. Monitor the NDE performance and production tests, in terms of quality and frequency, ensuring conformity with specifications and codes. •Conduct visits, surveillance activities and/or compliance audits at the Site Works as per schedule or, as and when required. • Participate in the review of Site deviations related to welding and NDE disciplines requested by Contractor and provide recommendations on the matter. • Acts as technical focal point for his field of domain. • Monitor quality records issued by Contractor to verify that weld acceptance is performed in accordance with reference documentation. • Support the rest of the team and propose alternative courses of action, wherever possible, to facilitate efficient project progress. • Participates in regular meetings to keep abreast with all issues relating to the Project. Profile: • Basic Education: Graduate engineer (B. We currently have a vacant position of: Crossing River Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: • Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Russia and to obey the corporate policy of company on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice company Safety Systems. • Follow Up and verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor. • Ensure the storing and confidentiality of the documentation. • Participate to the reception of equipment • Ensures that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection. • Ensures that all activities supervised are performed in respect of Contract, purchase order, change order terms and conditions. • Follow Up and Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures. • Manage construction (all) interfaces with others: contractors, operations etc ... • Provide necessary input and participate in clarifications, negotiations etc ... • Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions. • Make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project. • Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (organisation, procedures …). • Promote the reporting of incidents and anomalies • Assist or issue in due time all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, final report …) • Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility. • Contribute to audits of Contractors or Sub-Contractors in co-operation with the QA/QC department. • Liaise and support Vendor / Contractor representative for site survey and work visits. • Maintain good relationships with Contractors, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the Project. Activities : • In charge to provide, to the Civil Works & Pipelines Superintendent, a clear vision of the Project current status and its perspectives. • Ensures that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection, in respect of Contract, purchase order, change order terms and conditions. Profile: • The position of river Supervisor can be assigned to people who have: Education/ Work experience in pipeline and river crossing: high professional education (technical) with work experience not less than 5 years as pipeline supervisor. • Good technical background should include design and equipment utilization in pipeline facilities. • Competencies: communication, negotiation etc… • Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Russian would be a must, French would be an advantage. • Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment. • Deep knowledge of company’s General Specifications and Russian norms would be a must.

Activities:
* Supervise Construction, Production, Maintenance, Logistics and TVX operations and activities in Site pads and Site vicinities in order to verify compliance of Company HSE standing instructions and procedures. Perform supervisory duty at the level established by his hierarchy. * Supervise Well Services Operations and activities in Site pads in order to verify compliance of Company HSE standing instructions and procedures. Perform supervisory duty at the level established by his hierarchy. * To get information on daily basis from the other HSE members working on the Pads for the others Departments as Drilling, Production. * Perform, in a regular basis, Safety inspections as part of the Company’s HSE policy. * Perform weekly and monthly inspections of all safety equipments allocated to his assigned pads and ensure that they are fully operative at all time. * Perform inspection of OSR kits and ensure that they are full equipped with all required sorbent materials and tools to be used in case of Oil spillages. * Perform daily/weekly Toolbox meeting regarding safety issues in order to increase the safety awareness of the Company and contractors working on sites. * Participate in any other HSE meetings when necessary. * Ensure that all Company and Contractor personnel working on Site pads and Site vicinities are wearing the appropriate PPE and that it is used properly. * Perform Safety Training for all Company and Contractors personnel working on Place Site if instructed. * Perform PtW training for Company and Contractor personnel. The Safety Officer could be assigned as HSE Authority for Site remote pads in particular cases, as per Site Management decisions. * Verify the proper implementation of Company PtW system on each Remote Pad. * Ensure that all necessary gas check is performed if it is indicated as Safety precautions on the PtW form. * Ensure the proper implementation and compliance of Company H2S Policy. * Ensure the proper follow up / inspection of all H2S Escape masks, Portable Gas detectors, Gas Beacons. * Perform training to the Company and Contractors personnel working on Site regarding Company Anomaly Cards reporting system and ensure the implementation and participation of all personnel on remote pads. * Supervise and monitoring lifting operations carry out on Site remote pads and ensure that all lifting gears and equipment have been correctly inspected and certified before start any lifting / offloading of materials. * Ensure that all Gas cylinders storage areas in Site remote pads are properly defined and are in compliance with Company HSE procedures and RF regulations. * Perform Monthly Portable Fire extinguishers inspections on each Site remote pads and ensure that are fully operative and kept in good conditions. * Inform to HSE Superintendent of any disability of the fire and gas detection system on remote pads. * Participate as Fire & Rescue Team member – squad leader during emergencies exercises or real emergencies on remote pads if required. * Perform maintenance and testing of Breathing Apparatus if required. * Perform weekly / monthly SCBA inspection at remote pads if necessary. * Supervise the proper disposal of hazardous / domestics wastes on all remote Sites. * Ensure that all personnel arriving to remote Sites receive the HSE Induction. Perform HSE Induction of remote sites if instructed. * Supervise that all jobs in Site remote pad is being performed safely and following safety practices as per Company HSE rules and RF regulations. * Monitoring weather conditions (wind speed and temperatures, visibility) during execution of jobs on remote Sites and inform to the HSE Superintendent if there is risk of accidents.

We are looking for Drilling Rig Supervisors (5 positions available) for the project in Libya. The Rig Supervisor is responsible for the overall drilling operation and managing the different activities on a land rig site. Drilling operations location in El Sharara Field near Ubari, Libya. Will serve as the primary liaison between our Client and Drilling Contractor and will provide supervision of all operations performed on the wells. Work closely with Drilling and Work over Field Department personnel as required to accomplish objectives and perform Should have in-depth knowledge of directional drilling technology, MWD technology, DST equipment, well testing and stimulation. Essential job functions including manage drilling rig operations through initial preparation stages of job site and execution of operations from the beginning to the end of each drilling well. Candidate must be knowledgeable with standard drilling duties, safety awareness, disciplinary counseling, and general expectations of operations with each job site. Maintain an inventory of personal protective equipment, supplies, and materials for daily, weekly, and monthly needs to ensure appropriate levels to continue operational efficiency. Coordinate timely deliveries of our Client and Service Company materials and equipment to the well site as required. Insures all requirements to execute the drilling program are requested through appropriate channels. Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements and obligations of the contract. Ensure that the contractor maintains the rig and equipment adequately to maximize efficiency and minimize down time. Verify and approve all the contractor and service company operations by way of tour reports and field tickets. Ensure all health, safety and environment aspects and policies are being adhered to on the drilling rig with the appropriate training and day to day direction of tasks. Assures that rig and personnel comply with our Client’s established safety standards and procedures. Promotes environmental protection and ensures that company environmental protection policies are implemented Complete daily drilling reports for Field Office. Knowledge of data reporting software such as WELLVIEW is an advantage. Adhere to company documentation; daily operations, drilling levels, and well cost follow up. Candidate must have the proper educational level. Certificates from respective technical institutions are preferred. Candidate should have the ability and means to be able to train local junior drilling engineers. Provide training and evaluation of trainees Experience of candidate should be more than 8 years working on the supervisory level on drilling rigs. Must posses a valid IWCF certificate and should have training on HSE awareness.
