Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards related to marine shipment and of marine and harbor regulations.
Collaborate closely with CEO and support CEO in strategic and operative questions and in routine activities of the day-to-day business.
Participate in strategic corporate planning and in decision making processes and track the progress within company.
Develop and prepare economic and operational analyses and track to-do-lists, budgets and status of projects.
Lead and execute national and international projects with focus on strategy, business development, harmonization, standardization and optimization of processes, organizational optimization and globalization.
Carry out background research and present findings.
Produce management reports and briefing papers, speeches and presentations.
Plan, organize, support and post-process management meetings on national and international level and ensure that participants are well prepared for the meetings.
Prioritize and manage own work aligned with day-to-day business and requirements of CEO.
Profile:
Male (only).
Excellent degree in industrial engineering, in economics with sound technical affinity or in engineering with an additional economic knowledge.
Min. 3 years of professional experience as consultant or project manager in an international consulting company or as in-house consultant in a project oriented international industrial company.
Work experience in Russia. Local work experience in Europe or USA is welcome.
Proficient in MS-Office § Experienced in preparation of economical and technical presentations and reports.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English. Additional language skills are beneficial.

Work Performed :
Supervises, directs and co-ordinates the activities of all personnel on assigned Rig. Performs supervisory functions at the level established by management for the position. Directs and supervises drilling, work-over and/or completion activities on assigned rig as required. Ensures that drilling/completion programs are adhered to at each step of the operation. Includes maintaining close liaison with the Drilling Team Manager and client representatives to report observations, recommending necessary changes to drilling/completion programs and directs implementation of new instruction/program details where appropriate. Plans, reviews and directs the receipt of materials and spares required for ongoing and contingent drilling operations on assigned rig. Includes planning requirements, reviewing and approving field requisitions for materials and consumables, directing the receipt/returns of required/excess materials by assigned Materials/Accounting Supervisor to ensure availability of optimum level of materials and spares on assigned rigs. Exercises general supervision over all maintenance activities on assigned rig to ensure that all drilling equipment are in good working condition and directs preventive and/or break down maintenance/repairs as required. Includes ensuring that BOP equipment, fishing tools, tubular and run in the hole tools are available and regularly imputed in accordance with established procedures and maintenance schedules. Approves hot and cold work permits for maintenance and repair activities and oversees shutdown maintenance to ensure that appropriate safety measures are taken and rig down time is confined to minimum levels. Assumes sole responsibility for the rig in the event of an emergency. Includes assuming recommended changes to drilling programs in light of new down hole parameters, checking all calculations for drilling optimisation, cementation, stimulation and well control, and assisting in the preparation of drilling report for the operating company. Oversees the catering services on assigned rig to ensure conformance to Company's standard of food, hygiene and good housekeeping. Includes approving menus, inspecting employees’ accommodation quarters and discussing any deviation with the catering contractor. Ensures the timely billing of third party personnel utilising NDC catering facilities. Prepares and submits periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) reports covering drilling activities, problems encountered and safety drills undertaken. Submits to Supervisor daily drilling report by fax, telephone and/or radio. Reviews and approves the comment report when appropriate and maintains accurate records of all activities carried out on assigned rig. Participates in the training and development of UAE national staff by supporting appropriate development strategies, counselling and coaching such staff, evaluating their development in practical terms and communicating this to staff involved in their development. Carries out other similar or related duties such as representing the Company with all parties working on the rig (service personnel, contractors), co-ordinating rig moves, reviewing existing work methods and recommending improvement to operations, safety and/or maintenance, keeping abreast of new developments in the drilling field and following up on amendments to Company policies and procedures and directing their implementation.
Accountability

Minimum Requirements :
B.Sc. in Engineering discipline preferably Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent supplemented by short training courses in drilling technology, safety measures, life saving and survival at sea. 8 years' experience in oil drilling operations including 5 years as a tool-pusher in an offshore rig. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in spoken and written English. Valid I.W.CF certification – Supervisory level.
Supervises the activities of assigned personnel on the rig floor. Performs supervisory functions at the level established by management for the position. Operates the drilling controls while observing gauges and other aids to apply proper weight rotation and pressure. Drills hole using good oilfield practice to the required depth. Includes calculating the volume of drilling fluid and required pre-kick estimate of materials needed. Monitors the string in terms of quality performance. Ensures that proper maintenance and handling is observed. Always on the lookout to detect anomalies such as kicks, pressure losses and abnormal torque. Co-ordinates the use of draw-works to run or pull drill string while observing the actions of the Derrick-man and Rig Floor-man to ensure their safety. Controls the speed of the pipe during tripping by lowering or withdrawing to allow for the breakout or make up of each section of pipe. Advises subordinates to observe the string for any anomaly while pulling out the hole i.e. bent pipe, seal damage, records in the IADC report and advises supervisor and Company representative accordingly. Monitors and controls the mud activities to obtain proper mud volume, mud quality and sufficient pressure for continuous drilling. Includes directing routine maintenance of the pump room and auxiliary mud equipment. Reports "down hole problems" to supervisor and diagnoses the problem by instrument readings, feeling the drilling brake, and watching the changes in mud characteristics. Calculates the position of the drilling brake, helps determines fishing tools to be run in case of "twist off". Advises the Manager (Rig) and Company representative accordingly. Takes charge of the "Cellar" when installing the B.O.P. stack including fitting the hoses, guide wire, etc. Pressure tests the well head surface equipment and B.O.P regularly during drilling and after running casing. Takes immediate action in case of positive well kick. Organises routine maintenance and repairs of all drilling equipment and checks their condition and quantity of required tools to ensure that the equipment being used are in optimum condition. Includes, ensuring that drill string is properly handled and maintained, carrying out complete weekly check on the derrick and substructure. Performing daily visual inspection on the generator, mud pumps, shale shaker, BOP and checking the cleaning and maintenance carried out by sub-contractors on mud tanks, shale shaker, de-silter and de-sander. Ensure that pre-job safety meeting are carried out before critical tasks and reported in IADC report. Carries out other similar or related duties such as liasing with service company specialists on diagnosing stick pipe problems of running casing, cementation, or wire-line operations, providing information for the drilling report regarding depth, mud and chemical usage, progress or problems, practicing good housekeeping and maintaining rig floor equipment and surface hazard free; checking the casing and analysing the hole for any tight spots, keeping abreast of development in the drilling field and performing on the job training for subordinates. This position is based in Russia. HSE officer(transportation/driving safety) will be involved in a major construction project.
Activities:
• Control of vehicles conditions and adaptation to goods to be transported; • Debrief driver when arriving at unloading point about issues on road; • Keep the location of the cargo under control; • Enforcement of all safety aspects regarding loading/unloading and latching/unlatching activities; • Advices regarding itineraries; • Train employees regarding defensive driving, loading and latching practices; • Controls implementation of safety rules and procedures during loading /unloading activities; • Controls implementation of safety rules and procedures during latching /unlatching activities; • Control and validate contractor’s vehicles; • Control the shape of packaging / supports of goods; • Controls the various contractor's latching equipment (Slings, Chains, shackles …); • Insure Latching training in line with project training policy; • Insure defensive driving training in line with project training policy; • Inform and keep himself inform about ongoing site activities : traffic plan, truck storage; • Reports any incidents to the Safety Manager.

Qualifications and Experience required:

This position is based in Russia. The Process Commissioning Superintendent will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.
Activities:
• Supervise the assigned operations, sub-contract and client personnel in executing the safe and successful pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up various units in his area of responsibility.
• Develop commissioning, start-up, and operating procedures and schedules for the process utilities, offsites, and product/material handling facilities.
• Prepares, plans, and schedules for the activities of the subcontractor personnel at the jobsite during commissioning and start-up.
• Works closely with Construction group in inspecting and accepting the completed systems.
• Prepares punch-lists for activities to be completed and follows through with the completion of such punch-list by the Construction group or the subcontractor.
• Participates in development of systems identification on P&ID's; model reviews, HAZOP's and the development of operating manuals in the home office.

Our client is looking for a Port Engineer/Port Captain for the work in Saudi. They require someone with at least 4 years of experience as Chief Engineer on Self Propelled Jack-up barges OR 10 years of Marine Engineer experience and 3 years as onshore Engineer/ Technical Superintendent in a Marine environment maintaining fleet of Self Propelled Jack-up barges. Must have good understanding of all marine systems and machinery.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Class One Certificate of Competency (Motor) STCW95 or equivalent. • Ability to act as relief for key vessel personnel. • Knowledge of ISPS, ISM and Classifications Society procedures. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential. This position is based in Moscow, Russia with possible relocation overseas. Planning and Cost Control Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• To act as primary interface between contractor planning responsible and company project team
• Monitoring Contractor schedules
• Organise cost control follow-up to ensure proper interface with Project Controls requirements
• Monitor Contractors and Vendor costs
• Review and digest the scope of work and contractual documents

• Participate actively in change Order and contractual negotiation for man-hours, cost, planning definition

• To organise cost report and follow-up tables for engineering, procurement and construction in order to provide relevant information for Project Controls cost control budget updates

Обязанности:
Сопровождение строительства с последующим обслуживанием оборудования АСУТП, КИПиА.
Участвовать в проведении анализа ошибок по замечаниям экспертных организаций.
