• Обеспечение, совместно с ведущим инженером по ООС, внедрения корпоративных принципов ООС в процессе реализации береговой части Проекта. • Содействие ведущему инженеру по ООС во внедрении эффективной системы экологического менеджмента (СЭМ) совместно с руководителем по ОТ, ПБ и ООС в рамках береговой части Проекта, а также подрядчиками, выполняющими работы на площадке. • Обеспечение соответствия рекомендациям Всемирного банка по оценке воздействия на окружающую, социально-экономическую среду и здоровье населения (World Bank ESHIA (ООСЭЗ)) и российским требованиям к оценке воздействия на окружающую среду (ОВОС). • Выполнение технической части работ на этапах FEED и рабочего проектирования (эскизные проекты установок, технические условия, чертежи и т.д.) в рамках указанного объема работ по ООС. • Участие в рассмотрении относящихся к проектным решениям вопросов и принятии решений на этапах строительства, пусконаладки и ввода в эксплуатацию. • Выявление, оценка и информирование в отношении основных опасных факторов, воздействия и вероятности рисков, относящихся к экологическим аспектам Проекта, понимание важности этих направлений деятельности и обеспечение внедрения управления рисками. • Рассмотрение и экспертиза систем экологического менеджмента (СЭМ) генерального подрядчика и субподрядчиков. • Контроль соответствия законодательству РФ всей деятельности по ООС в рамках Проекта. • Проведение, при необходимости, внутренних и внешних экологических аудитов. • Управление утилизацией отходов (с участием местных надзорных органов и организаций, выполняющих работы на площадке). • Рекультивация почвы (застройщики, местные надзорные органы и собственники земельных участков). • Контроль загрязнений и стоков (местные и отраслевые надзорные органы).
Требования • Опыт работы – 2-7 лет на связанной с ООС должности в нефтегазовом секторе. • Учёная степень в области естественных наук или высшее техническое образование (инженер), или аналогичная квалификация. • Отличные навыки общения и умение работать в коллективе. • Хорошее знание основных применимых отраслевых норм и стандартов, относящихся к дисциплине ООС. • Требуется знание российских стандартов и законодательства. • Свободное владение английским и русским языками.
