Position: Project Coordinator
Responsibility • Has extensive and broad knowledge in a field of specialization and may have knowledge of other fields; • Is innovative in developing, selecting and implementing engineering techniques and solutions to solve difficult problems. Anticipates problems and develops contingencies; • Assists in determining project objectives to contribute to the development of a comprehensive project design. Outlines project requirements, assigns tasks, and supervises progress to ensure that objectives are being met; • Contributes to successful project completion by participating in the resolution of issues such as conflicting design requirements, suitability of materials and similar; • Ensures successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints; • Analyzes costs and benefits of various solutions then makes recommendations; • Performs complex tasks and assignments often requiring development of new designs, processes or techniques; • Reviews project-related documentation to ensure its accuracy; • Influences team members and promotes ideas to improve design and implementation practices; • Facilitates team meetings and decisions. Provides technical direction to project team members; • Interfaces with internal and external customers/suppliers.
Experience • Minimum of Associates with previous technical experience. Bachelors in Engineering preferred; • Minimum 2 years experience; • Support and leads small projects typically working with an experienced project manager; • Perform project management function as it relates to less complex projects. • Fluent English.
