• Ensures that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection; • Supervising and coordinating jobs under Construction Services; • Respecting of contract / service order / purchase order terms and conditions (incl. time schedule and budget); • Verification of compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures; • Verification and approval of contractors time sheets and material quantities used on Site; • Assistance in the preparation of the scope of work to be performed by Contractors and Suppliers; • Technical assistance to the evaluation of the offers provided by Contractors and Suppliers for the jobs performed within Construction Services responsibility; • In relation with related Superintendent, comment and clarify requests coming from other Departments, and assistance on Site to other Departments in the preparation of technical requests; • Preparing Daily report of the activities performed on Site under Construction Services responsibility; • Assisting the Head of Construction Services in the preparation of the Construction Services Weekly report.
Requirements
• Experienced multi-disciplinary Construction Superintendent with a “high” degree of autonomy; • Experience of Construction works in “live” units with drilling and process activities; • Strong English language skills.
