Ensure that all works are performed without any risk for surrounding areas. Ensure that all precautions are implemented for people working in confined spaces (permanent ventilation by fans, permanent O2 measurements, safety watcher…). Ensure that all necessary gas check is performed if it is indicated as Safety precautions on the PtW form. Ensure that all necessary inhibitions, process/mechanical/ electrical isolation are in place if it is indicated on PTW Ensure the proper follow up / inspection of all H2S Escape masks, Portable Gas detectors, Gas Beacons. Supervise and monitoring lifting operations carry out and ensure that all lifting gears and equipment have been correctly inspected, certified and color coded before start any lifting /offloading Perform scaffoldings inspections, and validate if built as per TEPR rules. Ensure that all Gas cylinders storage areas remote pads are properly defined and are in compliance with TEPR HSE policy, Site Standing Instructions and RF regulations. Inform to Maintenance department of any disability of the fire and gas detection system on remote pads. Participate, as part of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), in the development of site quality management system (e.g., plans, procedures and guidelines). Participate in review of key reference documentation for construction (e.g. Specifications) to verify compliance with the Project quality requirements. Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and Site Contractor. Perform supervisory functions and exercise technical & financial authority at the level established for the position. Manage the Site Quality Control Team, including the civil specialists, Welding Engineer, Insulating & Coating Engineer and remaining Inspectors and in particular, ensure, for any material or equipment to be incorporated into the Facilities, and for any work performed on Site, that: Ensure that the Contractor’s Quality assurance and control procedures are complient with Project requirements.
