This position is based in Russia. The HSE Supervisor will be involved in a major construction project.
Activities:
• Assist the HSE Director with day-to-day management of the HSE Department. • Assist in the development and maintenance of division specific HSE policies and procedures, strategies, practices and programs as required. • Liaise internally and externally regarding HSE regulatory issues at the regional level. • Assist facilities of responsibility with compliance to policies and procedures. • Participate as team leader on incident investigation teams. • Plan, conduct, and document audits of HSE management system requirements and generally accepted safe practices on drilling and deforestation activities in region of responsibility. • Act as a point of contact and source of expertise for HSE related inquiries on site. • Implement HSE training programs in region of responsibility. • Maintain close and trusting relationships with division and business unit management. • Monitor internal and external conditions which offer opportunities for improvement and distribute information in the form of HSE alerts and notices within the division. • Monitor HSE Management System effectiveness and provide input to the Division HSE Manager. • Manage illness and injury cases in coordination with Corporate Claims Department to ensure appropriate level of medical care is received by injured / ill employee while maintaining lowest incident classification level as described by Accident Statistics Guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 7 years experience in the construction sphere. Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Fluent Russian is mandatory. Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.

This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Claim manager will be involved in Caspian Pipeline Consortium project.
Activities:
• Providing legal advice on contracts and contentious issues, across the Company; • Deep involvement in claims management at various levels (from contract negotiation with aim to minimize any inconsistencies in contract terms to arbitration proceedings under various rules), member of the Claims Steering Committee; • Member of Major Tender Board (legal advice on compliance/governance/business risks associated with items presented to the Board); • Assistance and deputizing of the Legal Director in the managing of the Legal Directorate (including standing in for the Legal Director before the Committee of Executive Directors etc.) . • Assistance the other Legal Directorate departments in the provision of legal advice to the management of the Company, in order to safeguard and enhance the legal position of the Company in its dealings with government, shareholders and other business relations and to protect and promote the Company and its shareholders in the conduct of their affairs and activities in pursuit of their objectives. • Managing legal team responsible for advising on international and domestic contractual issues and dispute resolution matters, development of model contracts and documents, drafting of agreements and negotiations with existing and new customers, reviewing of tender documentation and dealing with business control issues. • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting numerous contract agreements such as global maintenance, services, offshore supply and other commercial agreements. • Settlement of various claims with contractors.
