Обязанности: • Руководство предоставлением услуг по техобслуживанию при обеспечении технической целостности компонентов под давлением и систем безопасности на всех объектах по разведке и добыче компании в соответствии с требованиями Компании в отношении ОТОСБ и обеспечения качества и принципами деятельности; • Подготовка годового бюджета и обеспечение контроля затрат в рамках согласованных целей. • Управление (в рамках согласованного бюджета) работами по многопрофильному техобслуживанию и обеспечению технической целостности с целью поддержания технической целостности завода, готовности к работе и надежности оборудования, обеспечения требуемого качества продукции; • Выявление возможностей и усовершенствование политики, стратегии и эффективности процессов/работ по техобслуживанию и вспомогательному инженерно-техническому обеспечению с целью оптимизации стоимости полного срока техобслуживания и эксплуатации в соответствии с глобальными стратегиями; • Ответственность за разработку стратегии, подготовку и планирование останова всего основного оборудования завода; • Ответственность за идентификацию, применение и развитие тесного взаимодействия между специалистами по техническому обслуживанию, инженерно-техническому обеспечению и эксплуатации в рамках всей Компании, включая обмен передовым опытом; • Обучение и инструктирование сотрудников, занимающихся работами по техобслуживанию и обеспечению технической целостности, с целью повышения их квалификации до необходимого уровня; • Ответственность за разработку стратегий подрядных работ и МТС с целью снижения затрат в цепочке поставок в рамках работ по техобслуживанию и обеспечению технической целостности; • Постоянное применение и неукоснительное соблюдение методик управления рисками и обеспечения надежности, таких как инспектирование с учетом факторов риска, техобслуживание, направленное на обеспечение надежности, факторы личной эффективности; • Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями по оказанию консультационных услуг ( проектные группы по разведке и добыче, Отдел технического совершенствования производственной деятельности) по техническим вопросам и проектам; • В качестве ответственного за оба контракта по техническому обслуживанию и модернизации — управление всеми работами по контрактам в сфере своей ответственности. В частности, обязанности включают разработку контрактных стратегий, назначение компетентных держателей контрактов, обеспечение ресурсами, необходимыми для успешного присуждения и исполнения контракта, а также контроль за выполнением работ по контрактам в рамках своей сферы ответственности эффективными и экономически целесообразными методами, удовлетворяющими деловые потребности, с соблюдением условий контрактов и политик/процедур компании. Разработка площади, контроль за разработкой, оптимизация добычи, ГТН и ввод скважин в эксплуатацию •Способствовать улучшению работы скважин и совершенствовать систему разработки через комплексную систему геолого-технических мероприятий и регулярных совещаний по оптимизации добычи и ППД (поддержания пластового давления). •На ежедневной основе осуществлять оперативный контроль за разработкой и выполнять анализ промысловых данных (системы газлифта, технологических режимов скважин, динамики изменения добычи и технологических процессов), что обеспечивает максимальные уровни добычи. •Участвовать в подготовке отчетов и документов, направленных на совершенствование системы разработки площади: анализов разработки; технологических схем; геолого-технических мероприятий; программ исследовательских работ по контролю за разработкой. •Создание моделей эксплуатационных скважин (определение характеристик продуктивности/ приемистости скважин с учетом работы лифта, устьевых и забойных давлений), для выявления возможных ухудшений работа скважин и выработки соответствующих рекомендаций, как для отдельной скважины, продуктивного пласта, так и объекта разработки в целом. •Определять наиболее критические этапы планирования, которые могут привести к значительным снижениям затрат при строительстве и освоении скважин, а также дальнейшей эксплуатации в течение всего периода разработки. •Анализ и оценка экономической целесообразности и экономических затрат на: -Бурение новых скважин, бурение дополнительных стволов; -Капитальные ремонты скважин; -Повторное заканчивание скважин / перевод на другой горизонт; -Внутрискважинные работы (проведение ГДИ, ГТМ) •Является ответственным за концептуальные стандарты и технологические требования при заканчивании, освоении и эксплуатации скважин.
Бурение скважин, капитальные ремонты скважин и внутрискважинные работы •Координировать подготовку программ работ, направленных на увеличение добычи нефти, таких как: капитальные ремонты скважин, внутрискважинные работы, ГРП, кислотные обработки. •Координировать работы по подготовке документов на бурение и внесение изменений в проекты на бурение скважин. •После заканчивания каждой новой скважины и внутрискважинных работ координировать подготовку отчетов об окончании строительства скважин и отчетов о выполнении внутрискважинных работ. •При необходимости, во время бурения и заканчивания скважин принимать участие в работе постоянно-действующей технической комиссии. •Координировать работы по подготовке программ эксплуатационных каротажей (профилей притока, закачки), отборов глубинных проб модульно-динамическим пластоиспытателем (MDT), PVT исследований и замере градиентов пластовых давлений.

ACTIVITIES Planning field: Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of Contractors Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.
