Large international O&G Company is looking for
Permit & Licenses Specialist
(rotation, YNAO) Responsible for interfaces with Regulatory Authorities / RosTechNadzor
In order to obtain positive conclusion of construction / reconstruction actions (gas processing plant)
Major Responsibilities:
o Identify list of permits and licenses required
o Prepare schedules for interfaces with authorities
o Support Project team re permits and licenses
Qualifications & Experience:
o Technical diploma
o At least 15 years of working experience in oil&gas industry
o Fluent English
Required Competencies:
o Knowledge of National Standards and Codes (O&G industry)
o Knowledge of Permits, Licenses and Authorization required for construction, maintenance and repairing of vessels and piping
o Strong national construction experience
