Ensuring that HUC Contract Administration team is informed of any back charges, concession notices or potential claims deriving from material management issues.

• To receive (by discipline supervisors) original punch list, recording them on the punch list record logbook and assuring their insertion in the Mechanical Completion Data Base; • To supply discipline supervisors with punch list printouts; • To take punch list from file for collecting responsible signature when the work on the field is completed; • To maintain updated progress report of closed punch list items; • To address discipline supervisors/subcontractors punch list close-out as per given priority by the Pre-commissioning Group; • To monitor status of pending priority punch list in each subsystem and keep Construction Management informed; • To monitor discipline completion. When a discipline is completed within a Subsystem he shall issue the Discipline Acceptance Certificate according to “Mechanical Completion Manual”; • To monitor Final Completion Dossier status for each Subsystem/System. When the Subsystem/System is completed, to issue the Subsystem/System Ready for Commissioning Certificate according to “Mechanical Completion Manual”. • To monitor the Final Completion Dossier preparation by Subcontractor/Precommissioning/Commissioning Group respectively.
Qualifications / experience required: • Engineering degree • At least 5 years experience in construction field • Must be able to operate in a diverse multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment • Requires a "can do" attitude whilst working independently and sometimes in isolation • Be an effective communicator in a multi-language environment • Must be fluent both in English and Russian languages

CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL ASSISTANT – PIPING (PIA)
Main Description:
• Reporting to the Construction Mechanical Supervisor – Piping (PIS). • To collaborate with the Supervisor in directing Subcontractor activities within the area assigned to him within the Discipline. • Being the first interface between the Subcontractor and the Site Organization with regard to Project standards and specifications and the first controller of the Subcontractor’s activities and of the Quality of the latter’s works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate any subcontractor activities falling within the responsible area, including both intermediate and final inspections and tests; • To valuate test results, the validity of certificates and related reports, informing the Supervisor of any defect; • To check that Construction works are in accordance with Project specifications and related standards, and comply to the Quality Control Plan for the responsible area; • To note the work quantities performed by subcontractors and on this basis prepare the construction monthly progress report for the responsible area; • To check the detailed activity plan for the responsible area and compare it with work progress; • Check the implementation of the HSE specification and report all possible anomalies.
