Qualifications / experience required Relevant experience in conducting Health, Safety and Environment studies such as : • QRA (consequence / dispersion / radiation / explosion modelling using validated software's like PHAST, FRED and Probabilistic Studies using risk summation tools, fault tree / event tree etc…). He must also be conversant with studies like HAZID, HAZOP, EER, FERA etc; • Design of active fire protection system (fire water pumping / network, deluge system, foam system, fire water hydraulic simulation with specific software's) and passive fire protective systems; • Job holder shall have a minimum background of 5 years in HSE & Loss Prevention Engineering in O&G Industries (Site Safety experience not required at this design stage).
