Reporting line: Supply Chain Manager
Dimensions: - Develop and award 4-6 major contracts (>$500k) per annum with an average value of $45M. - Develop and award 10-12 minor contracts(<$500k) per annum with an average value between $10k and $500k. - Provide support to 8-10 major contracts in operation, with an annual value $20 M - Develop and award 10-12 Purchase Orders (material supply) with individual values of $130k and above. - Authority to approve Contract / Purchase Order commitments up to $500K. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: - analysis of CP demands and planning (historic spend data by category and vendor, identification and planning of the replacement of current service contracts and agreements); - filing and maintaining of all contractual documentation (i.e. Contract Requisitions, minutes of the meetings, correspondence, pre-qualification information, bidders nominations, Invitation to Tender, clarifications and associated correspondence, bids, bid opening sheets, copies of contractual documentation, novations and variations, Approval Routing Sheets, evaluation summaries, appointment letters, bank and parent company guarantees, close-out certificates, etc.); - maintain portfolio of contracts / procurement information in Omnicom and SAP including introduction and timely updates of respective data; - conduct Strategy Reviews; - coordination of pre-qualification and bidders list composition, issue of Invitation to Tender, clarifications, commercial evaluation, preparation of Tender Board presentations (strategy, bid list, approval, commercial overview etc.); - post Contract and Purchase Order Support; - liaise with Russian Content department and Vendor Management team to ensure opportunities to work with Russian contractors and suppliers are fully considered. - responsible for coaching, mentoring and supporting junior CP staff in the CP process implementation and resolving contractual issues. Experience and Qualifications required: - Higher professional education in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or Business Administration; - Additional training or professional qualification in contracting and procurement is a preference; - The minimal previous work experience under the specialty shall be 7 years; - Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills; - Demonstrate experience and understanding of the Intentional EPC market in Oil & Gas Industry; - Technical knowledge of the business (Preferably technical background) – Oil & Gas - CP knowledge & experience (work in Contracts & Procurement) - International companies experience (preferably) - Fluent English. Accountabilities • Adhere strictly to Company’s Health & Safety rules; • The candidate must be a highly skilled Petrel static 3D reservoir modeller, able to start modelling immediately upon commencement of job; • The candidate must have recent experience in 3D seismic evaluation using Petrel software; • The candidate will strengthen Company’s in-house 3D reservoir modelling expertise; develop modelling workflows, create multiple 3D static model scenarios, realisations and statistical evaluations; • Provide support to the creation & management of the Subsurface Portfolio; • Assist in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of appraisal, development and exploration wells; • Provide support to the Field Subsurface operational team; • Take part in a 24hrs drilling operational duty system; • Provide support to projects from exploration through to development stage; • Manage Russian, SEC and SPE reserves mapping; • Manage & QC specialist contractor work; • Assist the Lead Geologist and Chief Geologist; • Perform QC of colleagues’ work; • Liaise effectively with Shareholders; • Promote the Subsurface Team and the Geoscience Team in particular; • Train colleagues in advanced 3D reservoir modelling & 3D seismic evaluation skills; • Willing to travel to the field and various other locations in Western Siberia.
Requirements • Geoscience education to University level; • 3-5 years experience in Production Geoscience; • 2 years of 3D reservoir modeling experience, using Petrel software; • 2 years of 3D seismic interpretation, preferably using Petrel software; • Development experience in siliciclastic depositional systems, sequence stratigraphic principles applied to modeling; • Proven training & mentoring skills. • skilled Petrel software user; • skilled Microsoft Office & Project user; • familiarity with Russian Energy Laws, Normative Standards & Regulations is an advantage; • proficient in technical English; • able to deliver fast and to high standard & quality; • good inter-personal and communication skills; • able to work in a multi-disciplinary team; • experience in waterflood oil fields is an advantage.

Function: Pre-FID: During preparation and execution of the Familiarisation period and the bid preparation period the potential main EPC contractors up to Final Investment Decision (FID): • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of the Bidding Agreement. • Participate in coordination and technical and contractual clarifications with participating Contractor groups • Coordinate between Process Area and other onshore packages • Coordinate with Engineering Interface Team until dedicated Interface coordinator is in place • Participate and coordinate Technical Bid (Unpriced Proposal) Evaluation • Participate in final clarification and evaluation of Commercial Bid (Priced Proposal) • Contribute to the Final Recommendation To Award (RTA) package. • Coordinate Process Area schedule updates / revisions with other packages and onshore planer. • Monitor the progress of the activity, collect input and prepare Weekly status report • Post FID: • HSE and quality monitoring and follow up • Working environment: International multi discipline / multi cultural environment • Monitoring progress and give input to schedule updates (Challenging schedule with little flexibility.) • Frequent Coordination with Main EPC contractor personnel, and other onshore packages
