Обязанности • Содействие в выполнении подрядных работ по МТО (оборудование и материалы) в области логистики для Проекта расширения; • Содействие в обеспечении качественной подготовки и размещения контрактной документации, заказов на поставку и ордеров на изменения; • Содействие в выборе квалифицированных поставщиков услуг в области логистики в Республике Казахстан и в Российской Федерации, подготовка и проведение тендерных процедур; • Документирование системного планирования объемов и сроков отгрузок ТМЦ, их транспортировки, таможенной очистки, приемки на объектах, хранения и передачи в монтаж; • Документирование своевременного получения от поставщиков надлежащим образом оформленной документации на планируемые к перевозке грузы; • Мониторинг наиболее эффективных и экономичных способов грузоперевозок в соответствии с потребностями в поставках; • Минимизация расходов на логистическое обеспечение оборудования и материалов Проекта Расширения; • Обеспечение координации и продвижения экспортной и таможенной документации, документирование своевременной обработки и сверки счетов Подрядчиков по логистике; • Обеспечение контроля за соблюдением Регламентов и Процедур Компании, требований поставщиков при обращении с материалами и оборудованием, в том числе при хранении на базах складирования Подрядчиков по логистике; • Аудит баз складирования, участие в инвентаризациях на базах складирования; • Контроль деятельности Подрядчиков по логистике при исполнении последними обязательств по договору; • Содействие в анализе договорных аспектов существенных изменений, несоответствий в изделиях и материалах, своевременное представление отчетов и рекомендаций по их устранению; • Документирование наличия всех систем управления, необходимых для передачи закупленных ТМЦ подрядчикам по строительству, а также содействие в обеспечении надлежащего оформления установленной документации таким образом, чтобы обеспечить возврат товаров и надлежащее архивирование документации; • Документирование своевременного надлежащего документального оформления потери или порчи грузов во время транспортировки и перевалки, и немедленного оповещения о ней руководства Проекта и страхователя; • В случае необходимости заключения контрактов на авиа- или вертолетные перевозки грузов или персонала Проекта, оказание содействия при подготовке контрактов, тендера, оценки предложений, и последующее сопровождение контрактов; • Документирование процесса «бронирования мест» для пассажиров и грузов; содействие при контроле тому, чтобы стоимость таких контрактов соответствовала утвержденным бюджетам Проекта; • Проверка счетов Подрядчиков по логистике на предмет соответствия объемам выполненных работ и расценкам на эти работы.
Требования • Высшее образование, желательно в области строительства; • Не менее 3 лет стажа работы в области закупок и логистики, желателен опыт работы в нефтегазовой области; • Опыт недавней работы с выполнением похожих обязанностей; • Хорошее владение устной и письменной речью на русском/ английском языках; • Хорошие коммуникационные навыки, способность оказывать воздействие на людей на разных уровнях общения; • Владение компьютерными навыками, работа с Word, Excel, Email (MS Outlook); • Знание российского и казахстанского валютного и таможенного законодательства.
