The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience of a mechanical engineering environment preferably in the oil & gas industry, although experience in other related industries such as petro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, marine etc. would be considered.
Education:
• A degree or local equivalent in mechanical engineering is mandatory. • A second degree in another engineering subject or project management would be an advantage.

Позиция: Старший специалист по контролю за проектом
Обязанности • Обеспечивает проектный контроль Подрядчиков по управлению проектом для своевременного предоставления детальной отчетности, необходимой Компании (Ежедневной, еженедельной, и ежемесячной); • Содействует Руководителю в отслеживании и получении оперативной информации о ходе реализации проекта непосредственно с объектов строительства (в т.ч. о работе Подрядчиков по управлению проектом, подрядчика по техническому надзору, авторскому надзору и других подрядных организаций, участвующих в реализации проекта, а также об их взаимодействию со службами эксплуатации); • Содействует Руководителю в обеспечении оперативного контроля, сбора, систематизации полученной с объектов строительства информации, формировании и предоставлении Координатору НПС РФ и руководству Компании отчетности о ходе реализации проекта Расширения; • Организует работу по подготовке и предоставлению оперативных отчетов, справок и других сведений по ходу реализации проекта Расширения по запросу Руководителя и Координатора НПС РФ; • В случае производственной необходимости участвует в выездных совещаниях по организации хода работ на объектах проекта Расширения; • Содействует Руководителю в обеспечении проверки графиков подрядчика 1-5 уровней, прогнозов стоимости, периодических отчетов и запросов на изменения бюджета; • Несет ответственность за целостность, точность и достоверность Систем отчетности проектного контроля КТК (включая формы КС-3, КС-6а и их приложения), а также проверку экономической составляющей формы КС-2 по объектам России; • При необходимости принимает участие в аудиторских проверках подрядных организаций и других инспекционных мероприятиях с выездом на площадки строительства; • Проводит мониторинг отклонений и направлений развития и сравнение их с существующими требованиями; • Обеспечивает мониторинг изменений в бюджете и прогнозируемых затрат; • Оказывает содействие Руководителю в проверке и корректировке счетов подрядчиков, включая формы КС-2, КС-3, КС-6а и их приложения, при необходимости визирует вышеуказанные отчетные документы; • Обеспечивает удовлетворительное выполнение требований Руководителя по проектному контролю; • Содействует Руководителю в ведении журнала рисков и журнала по управлению взаимодействиями по объектам Проекта и обеспечивает точность отображения данных во всех прогнозах, стоимостях, при планировании и списании непредвиденных расходов; • Содействует Руководителю в подготовке отчётности для Акционеров; • Содействует Руководителю в составлении элементов Проектного контроля для их размещения на Информационном веб-сайте Акционеров.
Требования • Высшее образование, желательно техническое или экономическое; • Минимум 4 года опыта работы в нефтегазовых проектах; • Способность работать в группе и направлять остальных при необходимости; • Отличное знание компьютерных программ, таких как Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Primavera и Outlook; • Гибкость для обеспечения меняющихся приоритетов и оказания содействия в разработке обновлений систем Проекта и Компании; • Свободное владение письменным и устным английским и русским языками.
