General Requirements
 Experience with an Operator
 International exposure
 Working level English is a requirement
 Suitability for a small Company environment
 10+ years of experience required

Technical Skills and Knowledge
 Experience with fracked horizontal well and fracked vertical wells
 Experience with designing and monitoring ESP operating range on a daily basis using Prosper, Autograph or equivalent software
 Experience in reviewing well stock and recommending well interventions such as re-fracking, re-perforations, ESP replacement, etc…
 Experience with metering instrumentation and routine production well testing
 Knowledge and experience with production allocation workflow implementation and maintenance
 Good understanding of process, pipelines and Process Inflow Diagrams (PID) to drive project recommendations to engineering and constructions
 Experience with managing service company and contractors from contractual scope and process definition, to execution and post-evaluation
