MINIMUM PRE-SELECTION REQUIRMENTS :
The job holder must have:
* Degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
* 15 years discipline experience preferably in complex onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, in Front End Engineering, Detailed Design, Commissioning and Operation.
* Extensive site experience as well as design house experience, knowledge of all aspects of Electrical Engineering.
* A previous similar company role in managing and interfacing with Major Contractor.
* Familiarity with most major Instrument, electrical equipment, process plant equipment vendors.
* Experience in Former Soviet Union and/or Caspian area would be an advantage.
