Responsibilities
* Planning and supervising the PLPC reporting activities for EP Offshore Project;
* Preparing the Weekly PLPC consolidated Offshore Project Progress Report;
* Maintaining a tight reporting schedule for Departmental reporting;
* Liaise with all discipline planners and engineers to collect their individual reports in the required format;
* Assist with expediting the collection of the various report input data;
* Check / challenge (where appropriate) all data received prior to inclusion into the reports;
* Maintain comprehensive records of all back-up data provided for each report for audit purposes;
* Interface with the PCD Reporting Function to ensure conformity of data sharing between various PCD & Offshore PLPC reports;
* Provide data on an Ad-Hoc basis as required for other reports;
* Prepare / assist with Ad-Hoc reports /presentations as required;
* Other Ad-Hoc duties that may be required to support the Offshore Project.

Main Interfaces: Company
* The job holder interfaces with the Offshore group's PLPC Project Managers, Area Managers, Contract Holders, PLPC & PCD planners, PCD Reporting Function and Site designated Reporting Engineers / Reporters. External
* The job holder has no external interfaces.
Required Competencies:
* Knowledge of computer based tools: MS Excel; MS Word; MS PowerPoint; MS Outlook;
* Ability to work without supervision;
* Ability to manage complex data from multiple sources;
* Ability to assist management and engineers to achieve the required output in both content and timing;
* To be able to challenge input where necessary;
* To be of an orderly and concise nature and issue all reports to the required deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Engineering HND and 5-7 years oil and gas experience.
* Experience in Onshore and Offshore Petrochemical Projects for at least 5 years.
* Experience in working direct or indirectly for a Major Oil Company (Tier1 / Tier2).
* Experience in the preparation and implementation of procedures in a timely manner.
* Good command of the English language both written and spoken, with the ability to précis incoming reports, write clear and concise outgoing reports. Previous reporting experience would be an advantage.
