Responsibilities:
• Establish and develop L3/L4 Construction, Commissioning and Start-up schedules.
• Collect the necessary technical, social and economic information for work on the development of plans.
• Prepare resource loading in P6, developed the initial Manpower baseline; deliver the actual manpower and forecast manpower regular reports.
• Responsible for updates to current schedule, analysis of variances, forecasting of emerging trends, proposing possible mitigation measures and implementing agreed solutions.
• Responsible the critical path analysis and develop mitigation schedule and recovery suggestions associated with schedule delays.
• Set up progress measurement system and calculate the actual and forecast progress regular report.
• Develop the plan early, plan late, actual and forecast progress S-curve.
• Review and guide the sub-contractor level 2-level 4 schedule.
• Develop the three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule.
• Develop the special schedule required by the Senior Management and Owner.
Requirements :
Proficient in using program management software such as Primavera, Project, MS Excel, etc
Minimum 5 years project working experience
Understand the technical process of petrochemical company
Able to process large amounts of data
English can be used as a working language
