Activities: - Witness cargo arrival at the Marshalling Yard by rail / truck
- Check availability of suitable handling equipment at the Yard
- Give directions to Yard personnel for off-loading & handling operations
- Make sure that all wagons / trucks are off-loaded within 1 day after arrival
- Monitor the compliance of operations in terms of HSE
- Monitor the compliance of vendor's recommendations for handling & storage
- Report on continuous basis to Logistics Coordinator on the operations going-on at the Yard
- Make regular inventories of materials being stored at the Yard
- Give instructions to the Yard for storage space management
- Make sure that Customs cargo is transferred out of Customs warehouse as soon as cleared
- Give instructions to the Yard to prepare materials for shipment when materials are required on site
- Control that materials are properly lashed / secured on truck when they leave the Yard
- Collect, sign and archive all the shipping / storage documents linked to the activity
- Organize access, visits and surveys of personnel at the Yard
- Take part to the review / approval of the invoices received from the Yard for their services
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience required (not office based)
- Driving Licence
- Residence in Usinsk
- English Language (preferred but not mandatory)
- Available to start immediately
