Position Completion and Well Intervention Engineer
Responsibilities
• Support Wells in the efficient execution of the Well Delivery Process as per the Business Plan. • Responsible for both minor and major value (>$5Mln) contracts • Continual improvement in the process in minimizing both execution duration and cost. Total annual Wells budget is $150 mln, a target cost reduction is 10%. • Minimizing Cost and Oil Deferment by driving the rDtL practices in the department, whilst still ensuring HSE performance and Well Integrity is maintained. • Responsible for well testing, coordination of all well head maintenance and for the Well Integrity databases including all required WI maintenance programs • Evaluation of ideas and translation to economically viable projects that result in the intended improvement within agreed budget. • Development and maintenance of adequate operational procedures for Completion and Intervention Activities • Follow Russian legislation and Company requirements and standards at all times. • Training and development of all staff assigned to work with him.
Qualifications/Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil field environment as an office based Engineer or field Supervisor, in-depth knowledge of well construction and completion process. • Qualified Engineer • Good communication skills are required to respond correctly to verbal and written tasks given in both Russian and English.
