Требования • Дипломированный инженер, имеющий опыт проектирования. • Опыт работы с УКПГ – не менее 10 лет. • Хорошее знание газовой отрасли. • Опыт участия в международных проектах. • Английский язык (свободное владение).

Опыт работы менеджером по персоналу в единственном лице от 3 лет;
Большой опыт подбора технических специалистов, менеджеров по продажам;
Владение различными методами подбора персонала, в том числе прямым поиском;
Опыт ведения КДП ;
Знание ТК;
Умение работать в режиме многозадачности, творческий подход в работе, высокие коммуникативные навыки, доброжелательность, стрессоустойчивость, позитивный жизненный настрой;
Ориентация на результат;
Желание комплексно развиваться в области УП.
Задачи:
Своевременное обеспечение необходимым персоналом для динамичного развития бизнеса (4-5 вакансий в месяц), в том числе региональный подбор;
КДП ;
Оптимизация системы мотивации, внесение конструктивных предложений;
Знание 1С ЗУП;
Ведение табеля учета рабочего времени, обеспечение соблюдения трудовой дисциплины
Организация корпоративных мероприятий и поздравлений сотрудников компании со знаменательными датами.
