Summary: Plans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the following duties.

The Field Service Representative (FSR) should have a good working knowledge of Compression Systems products in all service disciplines where practicable. FSR will provide installation, startup/commissioning, overhaul, maintenance and troubleshooting services of these equipments and also recommendations to customers concerning our products and services.
Provide practical training to the customer representatives in the operation and maintenance of the equipment at jobsites.
Partner and liaison with the Service Administrator in all aspects of the assignment including completing weekly timesheets for all periods and accompanied by a weekly site report of activities during the assignment.
Provide excellent service and cooperation with customers and subcontractors during the assignment.
Complete any related internal procedures so designated by the Manager in the performance of the assignments.
Observe and follow all Health, Safety & Environmental rules and customer working hours while at job sites.
The assignments will require extended periods away from the Field Service Representative’s home, together with extensive travel depending on the location of the equipment installation.
The duration of such assignments are dependent upon contractual conditions with customers and the Field Service Representative's schedule will be determined upon such conditions.
The position requires extended periods of travel away from home up to 95% of the time. Candidate will be required to be available after hours for emergency callout.

Qualifications:

• The job holder manages, under the responsibility of the Engineering Leader, all technical activities related to the civil works and structural design from the Basic engineering up to EPCC phases.
Function
• Review and digest the pre-project studies, verify adequacy of the basis of design; • Verify the deliverables to be produced for civil and structural works; • Coordinate and supervise surveys for civil works and structural studies for new appraisal and production pads, access roads, water injection, oil & gas export pipelines; • Check that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the Statement of Requirements; • Ensure coordination of civil and structural activities with other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design; • Supervise and promote cost saving solutions for the plant design and site works; • Up-date and comment the documents and issue the as-built drawing to the Authorship; • Develop as required design proposals under Autocad; • Control and comment the documents issued by contractor(s) and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules and Russian standards and practices.
