The Offshore Completion Supervisor is a member of the Wells Completion Engineering Team, working as offshore Completion Supervisor for Drilling & Completions in Ula, Valhall and Hod Assets. The position is shore based in Stavanger in the well planning phase and offshore based during the installation phase of well completion equipment. The position reports to the team Completion Engineering Lead onshore and to the Wellsite Leader offshore.
Onshore duties are to coordinate with other disciplines within the Wells Team and with selected Service vendors to ensure the completion equipment deliverables, including spare parts are properly constructed and tested and dispatched to the drilling unit as required by the drilling and intervention schedule.
Whilst onshore in the planning phase the offshore Completion Supervisor will also support the Lead Completion Engineer in workover equipment planning and programming according to the Global Wells and Beyond the Best common process, thereby ensuring the drilling and well operations are completed and planned in line with corporate, wells, and Norwegian rules and regulations, policies and guidelines.
Offshore the Completion Supervisor will assist the Wellsite Leader in the preparation, maintenance and installation of the well completion equipment in the well construction phase.

Tasks include:
A-Development of Technology know how and Commercial support B-Feasibility: Provide technical support to other Project positions for specialist aspects C-Bidding phase/Commercial proposal: Analyse and understand Tender documentation Define Discipline list of activities and deliverables and coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted Implement bidding methodologies, design criterias and guidelines Define and issue Request for quotation for not estimated in-house items Coordinate material quantities and weight estimation Prepare engineering manhour and material cost estimations Support the Proposal Manager during technical clarification meetings with the Client D-Project Execution: Ensure the achievement of the assigned goal and the fulfillment of the Project quality and contractual requirements. Take the necessary corrective actions within the Discipline Project Team to meet the assigned goal. Report to the TM for more extensive problems Define list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements Ensure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control manhour consumption Prepare technical annexes for engineering activities to be subcontracted Ensure subcontractor coordination and monitoring/reporting to PM of the Discipline budget costs Ensure proper Discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all Discipline Project documents, including Vendor ones Track and report to TM Discipline scope of work changes updating manhour and cost estimates Provide technical support to Project functions including Procurement and Construction Support PM in technical interfacing with the Client (according to TM) Define and issue Purchase Requisitions Ensure Technical Bid Evaluations Ensure Vendor follow-up activities Provide technical support for the definition of the Discipline construction inspection plan Manage Vendor inspection test plan approval and support post order activities E-Construction and start up Support the construction team in implementing the engineering solutions at site F-Home office activities (master): Verifiy manhour and cost estimates Check key Project documents according to internal procedures Support Project teams to solve non standard technical issues Update Discipline workflows and technical standards Support execution plan definition Monitor Discipline Project KPIs Participate to Vendor technical qualification and to procurement strategy definition

Our client (EPC projects) is looking for Electrical Engineer:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK in RF and FLUENT RUSSIAN.
▪ Perform the electrical discipline engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements, within time schedule and quality standards
▪ Ensure in/out information flow with all Project interfaces
The Engineer executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.

D-Project Execution (Job progress and completion)
▪ Review Client technical documentation and requirements
▪ Take part in definition of electrical engineering requirements
▪ Prepare Project design criteria for electrical system
▪ Define the configuration of the electrical system and the single line diagram
▪ Perform electrical system calculation and studies (e.g. power demand, load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor starting) to define the equipments rating
▪ Prepare relay and metering schemes, protective relays coordination study and setting tables
▪ Define the functional philosophies for the electrical system control (power management, synchronization, load shedding, reacceleration and restarting) and control system architecture
▪ Prepare technical documentation (e.g. specifications, data sheets) for electrical equipments and materials
▪ Check and review technical documentation according to Project and Saipem procedures
▪ Prepare Purchase Requisitions and bids technical evaluation
▪ Perform check and review of Vendor technical documentation
▪ Provide technical support to Procurement in purchasing and to Post order in expediting and testing
▪ Develop electrical system plant design (e.g. cable routings, grounding) and substations arrangements
▪ Perform power cables sizing
▪ Define typical installation details, bulk materials selection and take off (MTOs)
▪ Define bill of quantities and prepare technical documentation for electrical system installation
▪ Define technical procedure for electrical system testing and energization
E-Construction and start up
▪ Support Construction for electrical system installation works and bulk materials management
▪ Assist, when necessary, engineering adjustment and define modifications
▪ Revise as built the technical documentation
▪ Support Commissioning for electrical system testing and energization
Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities
Capability to perform electrical system calculations and studies (power demand, load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor
starting, harmonics, power cables sizing, grounding, illumination levels) to define systems and equipments ratings by means of Corporate
and Operating Center Discipline technical design software tools Capability to design electrical systems (power
generation and distribution, grounding, lighting, etc.)
Capability to define the functional philosophies fo the electrical system automatic control (power
management, synchronization, load shedding, reacceleration and restarting). Knowledge of
electrical monitoring and control systems architercure and relevant hardware devices and
communication protocols
