The successful candidate will possess the ability to build relationships with these industry partners, translating their technical needs into product support and development. Обязанности
Планирование комплексной деятельности (ПКД):
- Осуществление стандартного процесса ПКД на периоды сроком 14 дней, 90 дней и 2 года при необходимости, обучение российских сотрудников реализации процесса ПКД;
- Установление эффективного рабочего взаимодействия и доверия со всеми ключевыми сотрудниками и клиентами, участвующими в процессе планирования комплексной деятельности;
- Взаимодействие со всеми ключевыми сотрудниками для обеспечения полноты и надежности информации, внесенной всеми дисциплинами в план комплексной деятельности;
- Проверка качества данных, вносимых в систему ПКД, и поддержание обратной связи с ответственными сторонами;
- Проведение контроля качества результатов работы специалистов по планированию ПКД в целях улучшения их работы;
- Проверка и оптимизация общего процесса планирования комплексной производственной системы на основе утвержденных ОПД в области производительности;

Оптимизация системы производства и составление программ:
- Выполнение стандартных ежедневных, еженедельных и ежемесячных операций по составлению программ и обучение российских сотрудников составлению программ;
- Организация учебных занятий для российских сотрудников с целью обеспечения соответствия квалификации персонала, составляющего программы, должностным требованиям по утвержденным стандартам компетентности Компании;
- Разработка и внедрение процессов составления программ в организации;
- обеспечение полноты внедрения инструментов ИТ в организации — PI, PU и EC;
- Контроль качества и внутренние проверки охраны труда в рамках деятельности по составлению программ для обеспечения непрерывного улучшения процессов и развития персонала;
- Анализ и оптимизация процесса производства на краткосрочный период в рамках комплексной системы производства на основе основных показателей деятельности;
- Организация учебных занятий по полевым работам и основным операциям составления программ и работе с углеводородами.
Требования

Special Challenges • Working in a predominantly JV environment with Russian JVs moved to operating mode and Kazakh JVs being at project development stage requires a differentiated approach and highly developed influencing skills. • Providing governance of JV's in building a culture across the Region that supports local talent development including technical and leadership competencies. For Russian speaking staff (mostly JVs) ensure healthy balance of Shell and local learning portfolio. • Need to manage relationship with JV partners in both Russia and Kazakhstan; Primary commitment and dedicated focus must be given to implement the global learning strategy of Business alignment, Standardization, Streamlined delivery and Blended Learning; • Must assume a keen interest in managing the overall competence framework with increased competence assessments; identify competence gaps and employee development.

Обязанности: Обеспечение своевременной и качественной разработки чертежей и другой технической документации, составление графиков выполнения конструкторских работ, руководство модернизацией выпускаемого оборудования и созданием образцов новой техники.
Требования: - Высшее профессиональное образование; - Опыт работы в сфере разработки электроустановок на сырой нефти и попутном/природном газе не менее 3 лет; - Знание ПО: AutoCAD, Inventor (желательно); - Знание английского языка приветствуется.

• Подготовка документации (в основном текстов контрактов) с целью предоставления высокопрофессиональных специализированных услуг, обеспечивающих приобретение компанией наиболее выгодных с коммерческой точки зрения товаров, оборудования, материалов и услуг • Налаживание связи внутри многоструктурной организации с несколькими управляющими компаниями и отдельными группами, осуществление project control; • Оказание содействие Менеджеру по рискам и взаимодействию в обеспечении способности подразделения по рискам и взаимодействию, обеспечение и повышения качества реализации проекта в рамках указанных факторов обеспечения ценности проекта; • Оказание содействия в разработке стратегии повышения ценности (Планов повышения ценности) и наилучших практик для процесса реализации проекта, включая координацию проведения требуемых семинаров; • Обеспечение включения руководителями и сотрудниками подразделений вопросов, требуемых решения, в планы реализации проекта, и обеспечение дальнейшего контроля для проверки полноты документации; • Разработка и координация следующих планов реализации проекта: Управление взаимодействием, управление рисками, план повышения ценности и наилучшая практика, извлеченные уроки. • Осуществление координации комплексного плана управления взаимодействием в масштабе проекта. Взаимодействие будет относиться к обязанностям компании и трех основных Подрядчиков по управлению проектом, привлеченных для следующих объектов: • Морской терминал (береговая и морская части), система управления и средства связи; • Нефтеперекачивающие станции, включая внешнее энергоснабжение и нормативные акты, соответствующая инфраструктура Воздушной линии и трубопровод при полной интеграции с ОЗ, ТБ и ООС и Департаментами эксплуатации; • Разработка, координация и поддержка эффективной функционирующей системы управления взаимодействием для управления всеми моментами взаимодействия между компанией и каждым Подрядчиком по управлению проектом (ПУП); • Осуществление координации всех вопросов технического, исполнительского и организационного взаимодействия между соответствующими объемами для каждого ПУП. Управление и координация всех вопросов взаимодействия с органами Российской Федерации, Акционерами, департаментами компании и иными третьими лицами; • Обеспечение четкого определения и положительного управления подробных обязанностей на договорных границах многочисленных контрактов; • Обеспечение разработки каждым ПУП Плана управления взаимодействием, в котором будет эффективно определено взаимодействие между поставщиками проекта, основного оборудования и материалов, а также между строительными подрядчиками во время фазы реализации; • Оказание содействия в выявлении рисков для взаимодействия и разработке графиков проекта в порядке, при котором коммерческие риски в результате просрочки предоставления информации или поставки физического оборудования от одной стороны - другой стороне будут выявлены, оценены в стоимостном плане и оценены в отношении риска по мере развития ситуации, и меры снижения риска будут разработаны для соответствующего разрешения таких вопросов; • Выступать в качестве проверяющего/осуществлять надзор над процессами и реализацией работы по взаимодействию и информировать руководителя о соответствии, проблемных участках и будущем направлении работы; • Разработка и внедрение Плана гарантии выполнения в масштабе проекта в отношении рисков и взаимодействия. Требования • Не менее 8 лет опыта работы в проектах в отношении взаимодействия или управления проектами и управления рисками; • Опыт работы в международных проектах; • Высшее образование; • Компьютерные навыки – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email и пр.; • Хорошие навыки организации и планирования с продемонстрированным опытом внедрения стратегий снижения рисков для обеспечения своевременного выполнения ключевых этапов проекта; • Хорошее владение устной и письменной речью на русском и английском языках.

Наличие единой книжки взрывника (ЕКВ) с правом руководства взрывными работами при сейсморазведке. Функциональные обязанности: планирование, организация и контроль работы в сейсморазведочной партии 3Д. График работы постоянный. Предприятие оплачивает проезд поезд плацкарт.
