Определение методов отслеживания выполнения нормативных требований; • Реализация программных документов проекта по ОЗ, ТБ и ООС, координация работ по анализу показателей работы в области ОЗ, ТБ и ООС, включая HAZOP, мобилизация ресурсов на всех этапах строительства; • Обеспечение реализации всеми подрядчиками Проекта Расширения надлежащих и эффективных программ обеспечения ОЗ, ТБ, и ООС и анализ выполнения этих программ; • Формирование требований по ОЗ, ТБ и ООС в тендерной документации на поставку оборудования длительного изготовления и для Строительных подрядчиков. А также участие в оценке тендерных предложений, разработка критериев оценки предложений и проведение оценки предложений в области ОЗ, ТБ и ООС в соответствии с утвержденными контрактными требованиями; • Сбор информации из действующих инструкций и нормативов КТК и разработка при необходимости новых процедур для создания процессов управления проектом в области ОЗ, ТБ и ООС, которые будут применяться на стадии строительства; • Обеспечение соблюдения утвержденных графиков Проекта Расширения. При необходимости, инициирование рекомендаций по модификации рабочих программ для устранения любых рисков в области ОЗ, ТБ и ООС; • Совместно с Отделом обучения КТК определение основных потребностей в обучении и оказание содействия при разработке плана обучения для Службы ОЗ, ТБ и ООС ГУП; • Организация производственного и экологического контроля (совместно со Старшим инженером по ООС ГУП), соблюдения требований законодательства по вопросам ОТ, ТБ и ООС всеми подрядчиками; • Руководство подготовкой ежемесячных отчетов по результатам работы в области ОЗ, ТБ и ООС в соответствии с законодательными требованиями и стандартом OSHA 300 по предоставлению отчетности.
