Location: Vietnam
Our client is an oil and gas oriented engineering consulting firm. The company provides complete engineering design services for major projects covering Feasibility Study, process evaluation, economic analysis, and conceptual detail designing all disciplines of engineering.
General Responsibilities:
- Working on detailed engineering design complied with project requirements;
- Referring to specific duties and responsibilities;
- Meeting Client as company representative to deal with engineering issues;
- Working with all relevant Parties, such as PMC, EPC Contractor, CA, etc...
- Providing training courses or on-job training for junior staff.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and other standards required by the company/CLIENT are implemented and maintained.
- Developing and monitoring the Quality Management System.
- Ensuring that the audit program is developed and executed effectively.
- Assisting Project Manager in the development/execution of Quality System requirements on the projects.
- Providing advice/information on Quality Assurance matters.
- Dealing with technical matters inside the company; following-up on external audit findings and any Client complaints.
- Assisting company to complete project QA/QC procedures and doing training on job engineers for these procedures;
- Reporting to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Engineering and construction in oil and gas industry: minimum 15 years experience;
- Detailed Engineering Design: minimum 7 years experience;
- Experience in offshore/onshore pipelines projects
- Being familiar to international codes and standards, such as ANSI, ASME, API, BS, NFPA, DNV, etc;
- Recognized international professional Association membership is preferable;
- English (advanced).
- Bachelors in Engineering or related fields;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
