Requirements:
• 2+ years of work experience in Materials Management / Warehouse Supervision in Oil & Gas or industrial spheres;
• Undergraduate degree in technical disciplines;
• Advanced user of PC and MS Office (Excel, Outlook), experience with 1C is mandatory;
• English – pre-intermediate;
• Russian – fluent.
Main functions:
• Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of plant construction and maintenance activities.
• Maintains inventories, completes records, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.
Responsibilities:
• Apply warehouse practices and general layout to maintain organization and service delivery.
o Locate materials according to the predefined layout/organization.
o Set and maintain storage areas and general warehouse operations.
• Perform inventory functions; including receipts, deliveries, inventory counts and issue resolution.
o Receive material by using relevant paperwork and following standard practices
o Pick, pack and or load materials for shipment or job delivery.
o Count materials accurately per count documents.
• Pack and ship materials per instructions and requirements.
o Pack and label goods safely and securely for the designated recipient using packaging and labeling tools and heat shrink equipment, as necessary.
o Identify shipping requirements for hazardous and non-hazardous goods.
o Create shipping documents and make arrangements with the most reliable and cost effective shipping resource.
• Conduct analysis of inventory information to identify, recommend suitable sourcing options and areas of improvement.
o Access, execute and interpret basic stock reporting at the plant/material level
• Support related MM procurement processes and intercompany ordering to ensure the accuracy and completion of good receipts transactions.
o Comply with code of conduct business standards when reviewing shipment paperwork and provide reporting against quantity received.
• Identify PSL products and services supported in order to optimize service delivery and assist in issue resolution.
o Demonstrated basic understanding of PSL services and products which are directly supported.
o Elevate process issues for resolution.
• Comply with HSE requirements, processes and training to minimize physical and/or property damage.
o Comply with the relevant/required HSE training and guidelines.
o Identify and escalate safety issues.
o Safely operate all relevant types of material handling equipment such as Forklifts and Cranes.
o Lead by example by complying with all HSE training, guidelines and processes.
• Understand and apply knowledge of Quality initiatives and required training to deliver premium services and products.
o Identify and evaluate quality issues.
Conditions:
• Rotation schedule (equal time on and off) or residential;
• Contract term approximately 4 months for winter mobilization projects;
• Several projects’ location around Western Siberia;
• Good salary package;
• Travel and accommodation to be provided.
