General Requirements
Experience with an Operator
International exposure
Suitability for a small Company environment (teamwork, communication, responsibility, initiative, risk-taking)
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Proficient reservoir simulation skills in Eclipse and/or TNavigator
Horizontal well simulation modelling
Horizontal well design and operational experience (planning, execution, production surveillance)
Experience with low permeability sandstone reservoirs
Software: Saphir, Eclipse, TNavigator, Petrel, Perform, Prosper, Mbal, Visual Basic
Risked decision-making/VOI
Reserves/resources classification (including Russian approach)
Appraisal/development integrated planning
Waterflood planning and optimization
