The position will require interfacing with production operations and development team to enhance production in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

General Requirements
International exposure
Working level English is a requirement
Suitability for a small Company environment
10+ years of experience required
On-site recent experience is a must
Experience in coordinating and managing field staff

Main Responsibilities
Act as the project manager to the key operations projects (TPF, Gas project etc.)
Initiate actions that will enhance the operation's safety and environmental performance.
Ensures that all operations in the assigned area of responsibility are conducted in accordance with internal policies, procedures, operating and surface use agreements, government regulations and conservation practices.
Work closely with the Operations Team to maximize the value and efficiency of ongoing operations.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement area management techniques and strategies from both a field development and operational standpoint.
Reviews actual vs. forecast data for their area of responsibility, and direct the efforts of the team to optimize performance.

Develop team into a cohesive and efficient operating group through coaching and mentoring.
Lead department toward implementation of industry best practices
Stand-in for the Deputy of Production Operations Director where applicable

Requirements
Excellent oral and written skills both English and Russian; ability to work and communicate well within a broad organization
Ability to prioritize and strategically plan in an environment with many priorities is essential for success in this position
10 years’ experience in oil and gas production including production operations, oil and gas treatment, services and repairs, supervision and project management
Advanced Economics and Management
Knowledge of regulations governing oil and gas production and of international recommended practice.
