General Requirements

Experience with an Operator
International exposure
Working level English is a requirement
Suitability for a small Company environment
5+ years of experience required

Main Duties

Develop and monitor the overall time schedule of the Projects including drilling (ongoing and future), including post-termination phase
Liaise with Contractors’ Planning engineers
Follow Company’s Planning procedures
Maintain correspondence with Contractor related to planning and progress issues
Perform constant analysis of the schedule in order to inform the Management of any potential slippage in post-termination work execution, critical path identifying, “bottle neck” finding etc.
Provide support to Technical Reviews/ Audits
Provide input to weekly and monthly reporting related to planning and progress issues and participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings
Anticipate potential problems of interfaces/ critical activities. Analyse and propose corrective actions
Provide all required planning/ progress documentation and information to Planning Team Leader for its integration into Overall Project planning

Skills & Knowledge

Chartered engineer or similar education
Sound knowledge of scheduling techniques and tools (Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel)
