Job Description

Will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the maintenance management system for the Project prior to the Ready for Start Up milestone of project.

The MMS Engineer accountabilities are as follows:

-              Support the execution of the CMMS implementation including preparing and maintaining CMMS data

-              Ensure Technical Integrity, Reliability and Availability performance measures are integrated into the CMMS build. This includes complete inspection program and Preventative Maintenance routines.

-              Delivery of CMMS build with Asset Register, maintenance plans and manuals, identification of spare parts and Bill of Material

-              Working with IM/IT and engineering to ensure that the work and integrity processes of the CMMS build are aligned

-              Provide reporting against and updating the CMMS Build Project Execution Plan

-              Manage CMMS master data and transactional data and drive the Master Data change process.

-              Support maintaining interfaces with functions, including departments such as Maintenance and Integrity, IM/IT, project and operation to ensure delivery of CMMS system is in accordance with company and global standards and best practices

-              Support delivery of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability analysis

Requirements

Experience in Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround in large-scale Oil and Gas projects (Downstream/Upstream)

On-site experience in Maintenance in any of the disciplines (Instrument, Mechanical, Electrical)

English language – Intermediate (has participated in technical meetings without the translator)

Knowledgeable of Asset Maintenance & Integrity standards and practices with focus on Asset Information Management and appreciation of maintenance and Materials management requirements.

Has experience of a business process change project, preferably in a role of a SAP Plant maintenance implementation.
