Business Development Manager – Fire, Industrial Fire, Security

As part of the Global Industrial Fire Organization, the Southern Europe Business Development Manager will be responsible for accelerate the Industrial Fire growth both short term and over STRAP period.
Job Scope:
• Drive demand generation activities within the Industrial Fire business to reach the agreed AOP on sales, gross margin targets.
• Coordinate and drive new Project generation and Quotations across our Industrial Fire solutions
• Execute the Industrial Fire strategy and activities to support the Industrial Fire STRAP and achievement of agreed Industrial Fire business objectives

Key areas of responsibilities
• Ownership and delivery of the regional AOP Sales target and Margin target for the Industrial Fire Business within the areas/customers assigned.
• Collaborate and develop synergies with Commercial Fire organization to define key actions to deliver AOP
• Define and supervise the execution of pricing policy for the whole range of products (pricing, terms, rebate agreements) in cooperation with Marketing and Finance teams in order to deliver year-on-year pricing and margin improvements
• Assist country’s sales team in tracking and closing major deals and develop customer’s portfolio to deliver both growth and margin targets
• Support SIOP process and business planning with strong and accurate short / medium term forecasting and demand planning.
• Deliver accurate forecast and achieve agreed financial area targets monthly.
• Focus activities on end users, Consultants to generate new business for Industrial Fire
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators with regard to, but not only, Sales Activity, Target Accounts, Sales and Profit , Growth Strategies , CRM and market transparency.
• Strong and proved Technical knowledge of Industrial Fire and Security and the ability to sell and promote the Company and its products/solutions.
• 5 years of experience in the sales and business development in the following sectors: Fire, Industrial Fire, Security
• Experience in Direct sales to Oil and Gas
• Fluent in English and Russian; both written and spoken
• Ensure regular contact with the Technical Support team; involving them in tenders, site visits & quotations.
• Studies in Development Management, Economics, Finance or related experience will be an asset
