The Civil Supervisor:

•Manage the construction team to ensure timeliness, cost and quality is achieved
•Ensure external material orders are placed and do not delay process, due to delayed orders
•Ensure Client is provided with all necessary information and sites are handed over according to schedule
•Give recommendations for problems on site or within group to each member
• Supervise tasks and ensure targets are reached
• Perform periodic site checks to ensure reports conform
•Supervise timeliness and costs with contractors and subcontractors
•Prepare and manage all service contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms
•Control work of external consultants.

Requirements:

•Higher technical education
•+8 year Relevant work experience
•Fluent english.
