Position
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR CPF
Function
• Ensure that daily Operations are performed in accordance with the Health Safety and Environment legislation and in compliance with the TEPR Procedures;
• Responsible for the monitoring and control of the production and related processes of the CPF facilities, managing a team of CCR, plant and wells operators. Liaison with remote pads;
• Act as Backup for the Production Superintendant in case of absence.
Activities (safety)
• Ensure safe working conditions for all personnel and perform last minute risk assessments, toolbox talks and site safety check rounds;
• Performs regularly daily safety rounds and ensure proper housekeeping and restore anomalies ASAP;
• Informs the RSES (Site manager) immediately on all Incidents, anomalies and DGS situations.
• In case of emergency situations, ensure proper safeguarding of process facilities and follow up requests of the Production Superintendant;
• Follow strictly the Inhibition and override Management system;
• Ensure correct follow up of defined mitigation measures of PTW, Job Safety Analysis and DGS.
• Open high risk permits on site;
• Ensure that all mechanical and electrical isolations, flange tagging and logging, flushing, pressure test and start up programs are fully prepared and executed when required.
Activities (Operations / Productions)
• Follow-up the implementation of Production operations programs in liaison with production engineer;
• Ensure that the daily and weekly sampling, program has been properly executed and recorded;
• Ensure proper daily event reporting and maintenance of all relevant check lists and logs;
• Ensure and check the daily production reporting on production issues (shortfalls, wells parameters, activities);
• Contribute to analysis of the production loss and propose corrective actions;
• Prepare ESD report, propose corrective actions and contribute to investigation;
• Lead resolution of abnormal production situations;
• Contribute to operational feedback on production issues;
• In case of malfunctions, create or make sure that a clear notification is raised in SAP with the correct priority;
• Prepare operational procedures and specific one for shutdown preparation.
Team leader
• Manage the activities of production crew, and contribute to the yearly assessment;
• Ensure proper handover between shifts;
• Train production team members;
• Contribute to improve skills and know-how.
Requirements
• Education on operational safety, production operations, well operations;
• At least professional experience > 5 years, and 1 year in similar position: knowledge and practice with production, HSE and SIMOPS;
• Gas treatment process experience is highly appreciated;
• Experience of working on Total E&P Projects and SIMOPS activities is highly appreciated;
• Fluent in English (>3.5);
• Adaptability and ability to work in an international environment;
• Driving licence (B category).
