Field CAD Engineer
Activities
Specifically for CAD:
• Produces technical drawings and other graphic documents in compliance with norms stipulated and graphic charters as per requirements;
• Coordinates the implementation of the graphic part of a study and ensures its accomplishment in-house;
• Uses and masters all software for producing computer graphics, presentations and schedules (AutoCAD, Power Point, PhotoShop, MS Project, 3D CAD applications etc.).
General activities:
• Assists Construction Superintendent in all internal and external construction interfaces, including issuance of Minutes of Meeting, MEMOs etc.;
• Takes part in the preparation of the reporting to the Site Manager, including issuance of TVX daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Ensures technical follow-up of Contracts, Service Orders, Job Requisitions, Field Work Orders and Purchase Orders under Construction Services responsibility on Site;
• Systematically ensures proper document control and archive storage follow-up within Construction Services on Site;
• Ensure field follow-up of RFMs implementation and close-out, in part of preparation of as-built package;
• Assistance to Construction Superintendent in the preparation of the scope of work to be performed by Contractors and Suppliers and corresponding cost estimations;
• Verification and supervision of as-built documentation preparation related to all construction works on Site;
• Perform structural calculations and analysis applying engineering software.
HSE activities:
• Ensures that graphic part of studies is executed with respect to TEPR HSE policy. Proposes improvement in case of any potential HSE impacts discovered;
• Ensures the application of information security norms and rules in accordance with TEPR HSE policy.
Requirements:
• Engineer degree with 2-3 years experience in engineering or construction activities (preferably Oil & Gas);
• Expertise in norms of representation, visual charter; graphic tools mastering (CAD, Power Point); scheduling tools mastering (MS project); basic knowledge of programming / algorithms creation;
• Good relational capabilities and teamwork;
• Fluent English is preferable;
• Geographic mobility; adaptability and ability to work in harsh conditions (incl. Polar area);
• Behaviour: creativity, systematic mind, autonomy, sense of relationship “client” type, initiative.
