Position: Drilling Supervisor

Function:
• Supervising of the safety culture of the rig operations;
• Forecasting and diagramming of equipment, materials and services requirements for optimise utilisation of resources;
• Controlling of environment all times during rig operations;
• Providing of full, clear and timely registration of well characteristics;
• Checking and signing off Job Ticket for work performed at well site;
• Participating in exploitation for performance improvement and/or in case of significant problems are encountered;
• Assistance to the contractor staff to overcome the problems or expedite operations.

Requirements:
• Higher education technical qualification in an engineering discipline;
• Must be willing to achieve Drilling certification and a valid well control certificate from an internationally recognised authority or be prepared to demonstrate comparable level of proficiency;
• Well engineering experience for 10 years, of which 4 years have been spent at the well site as the senior company representative on site/Drilling Supervisor;
• Supervising of emergency situations;
• Knowledge of Cyber rigs is not a prerequisite but an advantage;
• English knowledge.
