Multinational oil&gas company is looking for Business Development Specialist.
Activities:
Prepare, maintain and make ready for use data bases of business and economical information related to Russian oil companies, international oil companies in Russia, Russian institutions (related to Business); collect and classify such information and use it when necessary – ensure databases are available, up to date and ready for use to Business Developers, BD Director and Management
Create and maintain list of useful contacts in Russia for BD, maintain the planning of meetings for the BD Director be a focal point for such an information collection, classification and use
Assist BD and other departments providing the information above and the analyses associated if required.
Understand and be able to use economical evaluations and models done in HQ
Provide support, mainly appropriate data in the proper format for the economical evaluations done by HQ (business reviews, Long Term Plan, Prime Reserves exercise).
Provide on demand sensibility studies for assets and new ventures for small internal screening analyses
Provide economical support to day to day BD activity
Assist in preparation of missions and participate to them when required
Participate to regular BD reporting and meetings
Requirements:
Economical background, basic knowledge of economics and/or finance
Knowledge of international and local commercial practices in the oil and gas industry
Ability to work in close cooperation with the various entities involved in Total, whether in the head-office or in TEPR,
Ability to develop contacts in Russian industry and administration and with competitors,
Knowledge of Russian culture and language
English fluently spoken and written
The position can fit for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience and up to 5-7 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
