Duties:
- provide process engineering expertise within the project development (from Conceptual Design to Commissioning/Start-up, including contractors design reviews) assuring that gas processing plant design meet the required engineering standards;
- technical integrity of process engineering design;
- overall effectiveness and efficiency of process design;
- capturing and dissemination of process engineering lnowledge;
- HSEQ standards, procedures and best practice application to process
engineering design and construction plan;
- assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- At least 3 years of experience and proven track record in hydrocarbons processing studies, process simulation and project development
- At least 2 years experience in design and operation of gas processing facilities
- Experience in working on FSU projects would be an advantage.
- Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity
- Organisation Processes: Internal Standard, Feed-back development and diffusion, Technical audit and Design Review, Work team management methodology, Documentation management
- Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes
- Plant Design: Gas processing Plants Design, Revamping and Upgrading Plants, Contractor's Documentation
- Construction & Installation: Plant construction
- Production System Design : Production System Design , Oil & Gas Processes & Facilities, Production system engineering
- Process Engineering: Process Design, Process Simulation, Process Review, Oil and Gas process treatment, Upstream process, Process optimization/simulation SW-program
- Project Management: Project Feasibility
