This position is based in Russia/Korea/China/Philippines. Schedule and Cost specialist will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• To act as primary interface between contractor planning responsible and company project team
• Monitoring Contractor schedules
• Organise cost control follow-up to ensure proper interface with Project Controls requirements
• Monitor Contractors and Vendor costs
• Review and digest the scope of work and contractual documents
• Ensure that Company’s reference documents are understood and applied (directives, rules, specifications, guidelines).
• Monitor construction contractors: Review progress, analyse delays and propose corrective actions to respect targets, control
• To review and analyse contractors’ scheduling and planning documents (procedures, reports, etc).
• To monitor the progress of yard construction activities.
• To organise cost report and follow-up tables for engineering, procurement and construction in order to provide relevant information for Project Controls cost control budget updates
• To identify and analyse potential delays and propose corrective actions.
• To verify the critical and sub critical path.
• Call for and participate to any necessary co-ordination meetings required to organise properly cost and planning follow-up. Participate to internal and external interface meetings.
• Provide to the Project Cost Control Lead, all relevant information needed for Project reporting, highlight critical problems and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate specialist with minimum 7 years experience in the oil and gas industries.
At least 4 years experience on Construction Projects
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Russian language will be a plus
Yard experience will be a plus
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
