Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. (Sakhalin Energy) is the operator of the Sakhalin-2 project under a Production Sharing Agreement with the Russian Federation. The company was formed in 1994 to develop the Piltun-Astokhskoye oil field and the Lunskoye gas field in the Sea of Okhotsk offshore Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East.
Sakhalin Energy is a unique partnership drawing upon global oil and LNG expertise and experience.
Under the shareholding structure of Sakhalin Energy, Gazprom holds 50% plus 1 share, Shell 27.5%, Mitsui 12.5% and Mitsubishi 10%.

Type of position: permanent
Reporting line: Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Manage and guide the Pipeline, Civil & Structural Engineering team within the Engineering & Maintenance Department;
• Ensure tasks assignment for the Pipeline, Civil & Structural team members;
• Constantly cooperate with the Company's management to ensure timely settlement of the issues related to technical integrity of all pipeline, civil and structural assets;
• Ensure compliance of the Pipeline, Civil & Structural team activities with the Company's corporate standards related to production performance improvement;
• Manage the development of strategies and procedures for Pipeline, Civil & Structural engineering maintenance complying with the applicable RF requirements and corporate and international standards adopted by the Company;
• Ensure timely review of strategies and procedures for their continuous improvement and to comply with the latest technical requirements;
• Participate in development of maintenance plans and programmes in SAP, including seasonal and single activities, ensuring technical integrity and reliable and safe operation of the Company's assets;
• Investigate engineering and technical failures; prepare detailed fault repair plans, including spare part lists and labour costs estimation;
• Participate in integrated activity planning and maintenance with regard to planning events;
• Constantly improve means and methods of equipment diagnostics and implementation of maintenance procedures based on the equipment technical condition to improve equipment reliability and reduce operation, maintenance and repair costs.
Experience and Qualifications required:
• Bachelors Degree in Pipeline, Civil or Structural Engineering;
• 15+ years of relevant work experience;
• Company's Pipeline, Civil & Structural assets and maintenance requirements applicable thereto;
• Development and operation and technical specifications of onshore and offshore pipelines, onshore civil and/or offshore structural engineering;
• Typical failures, methods for identification of their primary reasons;
• Onshore and offshore pipeline, onshore civil and/or offshore structural engineering design;
• Arrangement of oil & gas operations & maintenance technical support;
• SAP;
• Labour and industrial safety, labour health and fire safety.
