The client is executing a large waste water treatment and reuse project in Orenburg Russia, the project is in the first of several Phases of execution. Orenburg is a well developed city of 600000 people about 2hrs flight south of Moscow. Accommodation health care and an excellent package will be provided to the appropriate candidate
1) Graduate in Chemical Engineering
2) 7-15 years experience in the engineering design and commissioning of of waste water treatment plants.
3) Experience in water technologies related to biological treatment, UF and RO systems , This project includes a powdered activated carbon waste water treatment unit, a high pressure wet air regeneration system to regenerate the carbon,, ultra filtration system, a reverse osmosis system and a steam condensate clean up system , dissolved air flotation and Vibratory membrane system for removal of suspended solids
4) Development of PFD & mass balances, P&I Diagrams, Process data sheets
5) Conducting Hazop and operability studies
6) Review of contractor General Arrangement drawings and detail engineering documentation of the project.
7) Ability to specify and evaluate process specifications of pumps and compressors
8) Ability to develop the Control philosophy by understanding various technology requirements.
9) Transfer of process input data and configurations for DCS
10) Assist in the Generating Operation & Maintenance Manual
11) Familiarity with Microsoft project and MS office software as well as process simulation like Hysys or Aspen
12) Field commissioning experience
13) Good communication skills as we are dealing in a multinational environment
