RTG Group is an Executive Headhunting and Recruitment firm with many years experience of working in Russia, CIS, Europe and the Middle East.

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants for the Moscow office.

As an RTG-Group Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible in a 360° role in sourcing, evaluating and placing applicants within national and international companies. Experience in Oil and Gas, Power, Energy, Agriculture, Chemical and Telecommunications sector is preferable.

The position requires fluent English, a proven track record in recruitment and experience with developing new and existing client relations. Exceptional personal skills and excellent time management is necessary for this dynamic and challenging role.
