Unit: Департамент по морскому добычному комплексу / Управление инженерного обеспечения
Location: Paris
Functions:
• Develop with Project Director a fit for purpose organization in line with the project requirements and targets.
• Control, make arbitration and authorize modifications to the technical referential and SOR.
• To ensure coordination between the contractors and company process design team regarding any questions or suggestions from the contractors.
• Ensure the management of interfaces between Work Packages (internal interfaces) and ensure the development of an efficient Interface Management system dedicated to interfaces between Contractors (external interfaces).
• Ensure that technical interfaces with onshore part of the Project are dully identified, controlled and managed.
• Organize and coordinate engineering disciplines within the team and coordinate all engineering issues between packages (Subsea, Platform, and Trunk line).
• Organize, coordinate and control all necessary geotechnical / geophysical surveys and studies.
• Organize, coordinate and control all necessary engineering studies (external / internal).
• Keep Project Director regularly informed of progress and concerns related to engineering issues and activities in charge.
• Ensures the Shareholders’ feedback or technical queries are incorporated, considered or answered as required.
• The job holder is also responsible to ensure that above activities are accomplished in conformity with Russian Authority Requirements, Company’s policies and standards with respect to :
Sustainable Development: target of maximization of the Local content
Safety during the fabrication and installation works and safety of the future production operations.
Quality (Respect of Company’s specifications).
And as a general manner:
• Inform and motivate subordinates regarding achievement priorities and give them directions for the performance of their duties.
• Promote safety consciousness among personnel supervised and maintain a high level of safety standard throughout the fabrication and installation phases.
• Ensure good relationships with the Shareholders in the Project during the whole Project Duration.
Requirements:
• Multidiscipline technical knowledge, good understanding of relationship with contractors, construction, commissioning, hook up knowledge. Ability to manage a multidiscipline and multinational team. Ability to communicate with Partners and local authorities.
• Senior engineering experience of 10/15 years at similar position and on similar projects.
• Engineer level or equivalent.
• English mandatory.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• 200,000 -250,000 RUR per Month
• Full-time working day (9:00 – 18:00)
