Location: Paris
Functions:
• Ensure implementation of COMPANY IMS Specification(s) by Platform Package Contractors / Tenderers for interfaces,
• Ensure that these Contractors / Tenderers are carrying out the interfaces identification and detailed definition in co-operation with Company Engineers,
• Check and adjust actions between interfaces within the Platform group of contracts (Engineering, CCFT and any other) and interfaces between Platform and Subsea, Trunk line and Drilling if any, and Field Operations,
• Organize all necessary meetings and review technical documentation related to interface activities,
• Anticipate and raise interfaces issues. Require from Contractors / Tenderers, validate and propose mitigation plans,
• Report any deviation and propose corrective actions,
• Liaise with Interface Leader and Manager and with other Package Interface Coordinators as necessary,
• Assist them in the evidence of critical interfaces in terms of Risk (Safety, Technical, Cost and Schedule) and to propose specific actions for tight monitoring in close collaboration with the Interface Leader,
• Assist the Platform Package Manager for solving contractual issues related to Interfaces,
• Participate in the final clarifications, evaluation and recommendation of CCFT Tenderers for due consideration of the interfaces issues and management,
• Provide the Project Interfaces Leader with the information needed for the overall consolidation of the interfaces matter and assistance to solve conflicts between different Work Packages.
Requirements:
• Experience in the Management of Interfaces on similar projects and experience in development of offshore field involving Subsea Production System, Umbilicals, Risers, Flow lines and Floating Production Unit.
• Experience in organization of activities and preparation of documentation required for the management of interfaces between different Contracts.
• Fluent English mandatory. Russian favorable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• 200,000 – 250,000 RUR per Month
• Full-time working day (9:00 – 18:00)
