This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Rotating Equipment Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Follow Up and Verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor.
• Manage external parties that include design institutes, contractors and vendors to ensure that the project development are carried out in the safe manner within the project schedule and budget. Establish, review and approve quality assurance and control procedure.
• Oversee all responsible teams activities to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information are properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by law, regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with Operations to develop and implement projects in line with current Operation and Maintenance philosophy.
• Manage construction (all) interfaces with others: Engineering, other sub-projects, contractors, operations etc ...
• Provide necessary input and participate in clarifications, negotiations etc ... with site and Contractors to assure project development.
• Define and propose particular assistance, review, and third party.
• Work closely with Procurement Vendor Qualification Departments (Vendors, Technical Evaluation, and Purchasing control).
• Technical support on all the problems in other related departments.
• Ensure the storing and confidentiality of the documentation.
• Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility.
• Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions.
• Contribute to audits of Contractors or Sub-Contractors in co-operation with the QA/QC department.
• Make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project.
• Participate to regular site coordination meetings to report activities of Construction Contractors.
• Liaise and support Vendor / Contractor representative for site survey and work visits.
• Maintain good relationships with Contractors, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the Project.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
