Position: Refining/Supply Business Advisor, Oil and Gas company. Responsibilities:
• Monitor the performance of Company’s Refining and Supply operations incl. Ukraine and regularly inform shareholder on business results vs. plans.
• Act as Team focal point on Downstream economics and support Team leader and senior management in strategic and on-going decision making.
• Assist Company in development of new businesses, manage interface with Company business contacts, lead the development of business models and project plans.
• Analyse the refining and supply resolutions and financial memoranda submitted to Board.
• Review of and voting on board resolutions.
• Advise Company management on Russian refining issues and developments.
• Maintain a network of contacts.
• Provide input to Company business plans.
• Commentary on operational performance.
• Analysis of performance deviations from plan/forecast.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years refining and supply experience
• Oil Refining operations / technical experience.
• Financial / investment analysis experience.
• Supply / logistic operational or commercial experience an advantage.

Education / Certifications:
• Graduate qualification in Science/ Engineering; ideally Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or similar technology
• МВА (US or Western Europe) or equivalent experience / training
Languages Needed:
Russian - fluent
English – fluent
