Position Description:
Job Title: Project EHS Lead
Business Unit/Function : GOSCE
Location : (Country/City) Volgograd, Russia
Position Purpose: The Environment, Health and Safety Coordinator (EHS coordinator) is responsible for the development, implementation support, maintenance and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health and Safety management systems.
Education, Experience, Skills:
- Academic or "High School" technical background (Mechanical, electrical or chemical
engineer)
• Five years of relevant experience in EHS
• More than 3 years experience in industrial production/processing environment
• Experience in construction and design safety
Technical Skills:
• National legal systems and EH&S legal requirements and main standards. General knowledge of EC Legislation on EHS, and main standards
• Preferred training received on Ergonomics, Noise, Chemical handling
• Basic knowledge risk assessment
• Environmental or Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• English –fluent (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Russian language- verbal and written

• Plant Super Intendend (PSI)
• Supervisors
• COE-EHS professionals
• EHS-coordinators (peers)
• Internal and external auditors
• Local authorities
• Country authorities
• Procurement
• Suppliers of materials
Challenges:
• Start-up of new facility
• New inexperienced employees
• Development of new procedures
• Facility remote of main city
• Achieve local EHS objectives and contribute in achieving BU and Corporate goals
Salary: RUR120,000 per Month
