Для работы в иностранной компании на Сахалине требуется Project Design Engineer.
Работа в Южно-Сахалинске, постоянная, контракт бессрочный, у данной компании подписаны контракты на предоставление услуг на 5 лет с дальнейшим продлением, мобилизация на Сахалин оплачивается, компанией снимается жилье для иногороднего персонала, соцпакет согласно Российскому законодательству, рабочий график работы 5 дней/в неделю/40 часовая неделя. Компания практикует постоянное профессиональное обучение сотрудников , на которые приглашаются иностранные тренеры, также компания практикует обучение заграницей своих сотрудников. Accountability
To manage and engineer multi-discipline projects from front end, detail design, construction, commissioning, hand-over and close-out, within schedule and cost to an acceptable quality. Basic Functions
Deliver Assigned projects within Budget and schedule
Provide clear direction to project team of expectations and delivery requirements Principal Responsibilities
Single point responsible for the efficient execution of assigned projects to deliver within schedule, cost, HSE and at an acceptable quality
Develop scope of work handed over by the client for each assigned project to achieve the specified deliverables
Review and Approve cost and schedule estimates for assigned projects
Responsible for all project reporting and client interface management
Maintain and control project changes, utilising the change management protocols
Early highlight and resolution of all project issues associated with assigned projects Requirements:
Demonstrate good safety awareness
Excellent Strategic Planning and Organising, Ability to Manage Change and motivate and develop teams
Excellent business commercial appreciation and judgement.
Skilled in conduction formal meetings, summarising and close-out pending issues.
PC Literate
Minimum 5 -7 years oil and gas engineering experience, of which 4 years within a design engineering environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English
Ability to work in a multicultural team
Liaise effectively between functions / disciplines and third parties
